I did not put on significant gains that have been reported by some but there was definite improvement after taking Wheybolic. I cannot say I personally agree with the dosage of three scoops in the morning, this seems rather a high dose. It is however on the expensive side, with an RRP of around $59.99 it may price quite a few out of the market.
Wheybolic Extreme 60 Protein Summary
Wheybolic 60 is whey protein isolate based, giving a high quality, rapidly deliverable protein to your body. It also has a high Leucine content and studies have shown significant growth in muscle size whilst using Wheybolic Extreme 60 as a supplement. This is in part due to improved amino acid uptake, through an Enzyme Matrix™ digestive blend. I cannot fault the quality but recommended dosage as I mentioned seems a little high for everyday use. This also means you would get through the tub very quickly and with it not being very cheap, this could be a problem. In summary, if you can afford to spend this much you are getting an ok product but for me personally there are better available.
