I loved this product! I used it as an anytime shake whether it was first thing in the morning or lunchtime and had good results. The gains were in both mass and muscle. On top of that I also noticed great recovery time. I don’t know if it had to do with the fact of how much I was taking or if its just that good of a product. I looked forward to it everyday and the banana cream flavor is amazing. It has instantized protein for easy mixing which is great for clump issues of which I had none. The BCAA content is pretty close to AMP wheybolic and it has a great protein blend including whey isolate and egg albumen as well as a good source of vitamins. You have to make sure your using the right amount accounting how much protein your body can break down. This also great for post workout. I can honestly say that there is nothing bad about this product. No side effects whatsoever. The only downfall is 4.6lb container is the largest available. Would recommend to anyone! LOVE IT!
