For starters this protein is a little more expensive then most casein powders around. It is money well spent. One major upside to this is that it is great to take before bed. I used to wake up in the middle of the night stomach growling. I started taking it and got a full nights sleep with no problems and no snacks at 2am. The best flavor has gotta be the chocolate peanut butter, haven’t tried any others because I find what I like and stick to it.

It does a good job of building muscle and quick recovery time. This product is a must for any serious lifter out there. 24 grams of slow digestive protein and 10 grams of bcaa’s and glutamine and only a gram of fat make it superior. Great for feeding muscles while your sleeping. I only mix with water and its seems to be just fine. Im trying to avoid the fats of milk although I imagine the taste is slightly better with it.

I would personally recommend this to anyone who is having hunger pains or losing a couple pounds overnight in their sleep. Wouldn’t go another day with out it.

This is the best casein protein I have ever tried. It mixes really well, even without a blender or mixer. And it tastes really good with milk or water. I bought the vanilla flavor and it doesn’t even compare to other brands vanilla flavor. I could drink this all day!

After 2 weeks I started noticing the amount of weight i could lift went up an extra 5% every week! I also noticed less soreness when I woke up the day after heavy lifting. This stuff does exactally what it is supposed to.

As a student I sometimes take this as a meal supplement before class, or when I just donot have an appetite and let my tell you, it works! Im not hungry for hours afterwards taking this. And since it tastes good I don’t mind taking it as a supplement, I sometimes even look forward to taking optimum casein as a meal supplement.

Would I recommend this? Of course! I will never go without it. Optimum does an amazing job with this 100% caesin protien, it gives you exactally what you need. Overall an amazing product.
