Whey Protein King Review

Taste: 10/10
There are a good range of good tasting flavours available in the Optimum 100% range. Amongst some of them are mint chocolate and cookies and cream, the latter a little too sweet for me but it is refreshing to see some new flavours to try.

Texture: 09/10
Perfect in terms of mixing. Even mixing with just a spoon only left behind a few very small 'clumps' of powder. In a mixer or blender it comes out as smooth and tasty as a milkshake. Really can't fault it.

Value for Money: 10/10
You will find, in comparison with other whey powders, this may appear to be a little more expensive. But trust me, you really are paying for quality. Each serving has approximately 24g of protein, a high amount which means those requiring high protein intake will get more servings for their money. Optimum 100 Nutrition Summary
I really can't think of anything bad to say about this. I always aim to be honest in my reviews and I knew there was a lot of talk about the quality of this product. But on trying it, I really see why. A great tasting, easily mixable, high protein powder is just what I was after finding and in Optimum 100%, I have. Optimum contains Hydrowhey, trade marked hydrolyzed low molecular protein peptides, which results in faster acting absorption. ON also contains 4g of Glutamine, an essential post workout amino acid.

I have tried many types of whey protein over the past couple of years, and this is the best that I have ever had! It takes great, I sometimes took it just for the taste( it tastes sooooo goooooood!!!!).  It also mixs really smoothly (no clumps :D !!!!) I usually took this after my workouts and it gave me great gains compared to the other protein shakes that I have tried over the years. This product is top-notch! You guys need to go buy some!!!  In 3 words just &*#@ amazing!

This is the best protein ever! I took this right after the gym and it greatly reduced recovery time and muscle sorness. i bought chocolate flavor and it was really good with water and even with milk. This stuff also lasts forever! I  bought the biggest size and ive had it for 3 monthes and I still have alot left! I definetally recomend this!

Yes this protein is good, but not the best. The taste is nothing too special chocolate is my favorite and vanilla was not that good. It mixes kinda thin in water. But with recovery optimum did a good job, I got fast recovery time, and my muscles didnt ache as much either. honestally this stuff isnot that bad but not as good as other people say it is. But it isnot worse then other kinds of protien. the recovery makes up for the lack in taste and mixablity it also isnot a good meal replacement becaus it doesnt fill you up. as a supplement it works great but it isnot a meal replacement. It works better then some, but not better then all if you are looking for a basic protien suplement not a meal replacement then this will do. Overall i give it 4 out of 5.
