At Whey Protein King, we love to her your own views. If you have an opinion on Muscle Milk you wish to leave, please use the review box at the end.
Up there with EAS whey protein and Optimum 100 whey in terms of taste. Also, a fantastic array of flavours to keep some variety. Muscle milk also seems very filling, so a good whey protein shake to use if you are looking for weight management. I didn't personally experience this, but there have been some reports of gas and bloating taking Muscle Milk.
No problems here either. A smooth shake, which equals no clumps and no wasted product. What more could you ask for?!
Muscle milk has a lot of features to it. Apart form helping muscle growth, it also assists fat loss and has a number of ingredients. With this, you may expect a large price tag but that is not the case. Cytosport Muscle Milk is very reasonably priced for what you are getting. A brilliant overall product.
By far one of the best products I have sampled. Now it is time to try and evaluate it overall! Some of Muscle Milk's key ingredients are: Whey isolates, whey peptides, whey concentrate, MCTs and also Muscle Milk's patented EVOPRO and ENDOCREATINE systems. EVOPRO is Cytosports custom based amino acid, peptide and protein matrix. The ENDOCREATINE system is a creatine precursor. Creatine precursor molecules help the body synthesise creatine. I do advise you read thoroughly the ingredients of Muscle Milk, just to make sure you can incorporaate it around any other supplements you take.
A slight drawback with Muscle Milk is the high level of fat and calories per serving, which is higher than a lot of other brands. Again, the nutritional values need to be calculated into your diet.
