I hve been using this protien supplement for while and I hve always had great results. Nothing to complain about here. I got consistent strength gains and quick recovery. I would strongly recommend this product.

This is one of the nicest supplements out there. This supplement tastes great and is a quick recovery supplement by keeping all of your muscles fed during the night and day. This supplement is awesome for prebedtime protein because it build muscle even when you sleep! Also I have used this supplement as a between meal supplement. Another thing is the awesome taste. For me the only down side to this supplement is its cost is a little bit to expensive.
