To start the taste of this product is great at least for chocolate and vanilla. Aside from muscle milk they have added kre alk and it works well. The profile for BCAA’s is very good and there is a little sugar. I did have minor situations with diarrhea but nothing to write home about.The diarrhea was only temporary, after the first week it was gone. I did notice that this particular product seemed to be a little bit higher in fat gains but could be inevitable because in general it is higher in fats to begin with.

I did see some good gains with this product and the gains were fairly quick which is a good thing. One of the downsides is that it is a little pricy. Not saying its not worth money but its close. Good gains , a little heavy , but overall not half bad. I would recommend this to anyone currently using muscle milk for slightly less fat and a little better taste and quality.
