This stuff is great, it mixes easy and I loved the taste with just water. UltraMet says that it will get you to the next meal without cheating, and it means it! I wasn’t hungry or even thinking about eating for hours!! I also saw great gains, and much reduced soreness. Some mornings I would wake up extremely sore from a hardcore workout the day before. But now once I take Ultramet I barely feel sore the next day. I will continue to use UltraMet while I push for my fitness goals. Great buy!!
