Ive used met max for years and it’s a terrific product, it has a great ratio of protein to carbs to fat. It also has creatine and herbals to boost energy. It also includes anti inflamatories to help you recover. I love the taste of this stuff, its amazing!!! You also don’t bloat up because it has really low calories. I usually drink 2 scoops a day, 1 in water and 1 in milk and its really helped me gain muscle, and recover from heavy workouts.
