BSN really did it with this one!! The taste is amazing, I like to mix it with skim milk and I drink it 1 hour before bed. And im not as sore in the mornings. Ive used 2 tubs of this stuff and ive gotten decent gains, it tastes great, the only con that I have is that the tubs are small.

This is easily the best tasting protein drink ever!!! They really got this one right. I buy fresh cinnamon roll and I love itt!! The texture is great, feels like a smoothie from an icecream shop. I usually take it after working out and I havent had any cramps, bloating or gas.

This is a great product, especially is you have a huge sweet tooth. My favorite flavour was chocolate cocnut candy, but honestally all the flavours taste great. The texture is very creamy, it is the best tasting protein shake that I have had. It is excellent, but a little costly to use as a workout protien. My wife uses this as a meal replacement for her breakfest (mixed with milk). She says that it fights her hunger all morning, even during her lunch break she isn’t that hungry. I didn’t believe her so I tried it, and man is this a great meal replacement. She wasn’t kidding, I wasn’t hungry for hours after taking this.

The only negative that I have about this product is that it is costly, and the tubs are small, so the price of taking this supplement will add up.
