Better Whey of lIfe are a company run by Brian Sumbor and Daphne Mazarakis. Brian is a Scientist, studying closely the benefits of whey protein for the body and Daphne a keen exerciser, who was looking for a more convenient and less messy way to get a source of whey protein than some traditional powders provided. Together, after much hard work, they came up with these yoghurts containing whey protein. Tasty, small and compact, they are the perfect solution. Whey Protein King is happy to have met and dealt with members of the Better Whey of Life team.

Taste: 08/10The flavoured yoghurts, such as Strawberry Banana and Acai Mixed Berry were delicious. They have a slightly tart taste to them but are not to sweet, as some flavoured yoghurts tend to be. The plain flavour was not quite as good for me personally. Given the dairy nature of whey protein, this started to come through in the taste but is not at all noticeable in the flavoured varieties.
Texture: 10/10Absolutely no complaints. Quite a thick texture but certainly in no unpleasant way. Brief, but sometimes a quick sentence is all you need!
Value for Money: 10/10I love the idea of these yoghurts and for their size (i.e. compared to a large glass of mixed whey powder,) they contain a high protein serving. The size means you can take them to work, to the gym or anywhere where you may need to get that extra serving of protein in your day. The delicious fruity flavours make it taste like any other fruit yoghurt and you would never know it was so full of protein!
Better Whey of Life SummaryNothing to add to the above really! Great tasting products and a great alternative to whey powders if yo need to consume whey when you are away form home or if you don't want the mess that some powders can create.
