This protein is okay. It mixes really well in a shaker cup, it is one of the easiest proteins powders that I have ever tried. It takes very little water to mix it. And the gains and recovery were decent, nothing to really brag about. On the bad side it is really expensive for such a small container. And it doesn’t taste that great. There are plenty other cheaper and more effective proteins on the market.

This is one of my favorite protiens. The results that I have gotten were great, and the muscle recovery was even better. The taste of the protein is decent, im not looking for a milk shake treat when drinking this, im looking for results. This protein is a little more expensive, which I don’t like, but its more expensive because it is a hydrolyzed protein. Well worth it, I just wish it was a little cheaper.
