Taste: 10/10
Wow! When I initially researched this product, I read many reviews complementing BSN on the flavour of this range of products but I was still extremely impressed when I tried it for myself. As a coffee lover, I tried Mocachino and it tasted great. Other flavours include Banana, Chocolate Shake, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies 'N' Cream, Strawberry Milkshake and Vanilla Ice Cream. I for one am a big fan of new flavour varieties and such as Mocachino and Chocolate Peanut Butter are inventive and it is always good to see something different.

Texture: 09/10
The powder mixes really well, in both water and milk. Provides a good smooth shake.

Value for Money: 09/10

BSN Syntha 6 Protein Summary
BSN Syntha 6 is a mixture of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Branch Chain Amino Acids and MCT's. This is a monster combination for effective muscle growth and repair. BSN won 'Brand of the Year' for the third consecutive year in 2008, amongst many other awards for its products. Syntha 6 is a great product and well worth trying. One word of caution though, it does have a reasonable high fat content and so may be one to avoid if you are taking whey protein to help in weight loss.

Syntha-6 does taste amazing not like ohter shit every time i woke up i just get up and drink it right away.. this shit taste amazing try it..

I bought the vanilla Syntha 6 and put a scoop in the blender with about 8oz. of water....real nice taste and texture. It's very light to drink with no gas and no bloat. With 23g. protein in each scoop it's just what I'm looking for in a supplement. I haven't been on it long enough to evaluate the muscle building effects but certainly the taste is terrific.

bsn really did it with this one you can you syntha 6 as a post work out protien, or as a meal replacement this is the most flexible protien i have ever taken and it’s a great price i use syntha 6 to bulk up and to build muscle i got awesome strength gains! i took strawberry and it tasted ridiculously good what more do you want from a protien? Great tasting, good results, flexible? bsn has my reccomendation
