Taste: 10/10Wow! When I initially researched this product, I read many reviews complementing BSN on the flavour of this range of products but I was still extremely impressed when I tried it for myself. As a coffee lover, I tried Mocachino and it tasted great. Other flavours include Banana, Chocolate Shake, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies 'N' Cream, Strawberry Milkshake and Vanilla Ice Cream. I for one am a big fan of new flavour varieties and such as Mocachino and Chocolate Peanut Butter are inventive and it is always good to see something different.
Texture: 09/10The powder mixes really well, in both water and milk. Provides a good smooth shake.
Value for Money: 09/10You can buy online now for $25.95 (3lb tub) in the US or £29.99 in the UK, which is a great price considering the make up of this product
BSN Syntha 6 Protein SummaryBSN Syntha 6 is a mixture of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Branch Chain Amino Acids and MCT's. This is a monster combination for effective muscle growth and repair. BSN won 'Brand of the Year' for the third consecutive year in 2008, amongst many other awards for its products. Syntha 6 is a great product and well worth trying. One word of caution though, it does have a reasonable high fat content and so may be one to avoid if you are taking whey protein to help in weight loss.
